Crock-pot Honeyed Pineapple Chicken

Some of my favorite meals are also the easiest to make. Real food does not have to be difficult to make or be incredibly time consuming. I love that I can feed my family nutritious flavorful meals just by throwing it all in a crock-pot and walking away! This is one of those meals. Crock-pot Honeyed Pineapple Chicken Serves 4-6 Ingredients: 8 chicken thighs ½ cup raw honey ½ cup coconut aminos 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 cup crushed pineapple Instructions: Place your chicken in your crock-pot. I really like this one here, if you need one. (Or an extra one. I have 2! Great for when you’re making bone broth for days and would like to make something else as well.) Carefully mix the honey, coconut aminos and tomato paste together. Pour the mix over the chicken in the crock-pot. Pour your 1 cup crushed pineapple over the top and place your lid.
